Trailer tents and how to use them

Trailer tent (or pop-up camper), is a name for a towed vehicle used for weekend recreation or holiday camping. These trailers tend to be practical, since they offer a lot of space when set up, but only take a fraction of it when collapsed, which is great news for people with smaller garages. You can park it in a normal-sized garage, but still get a full-sized camper trailer when needed. Trailers usually consist of frame, hard roof, hard box and soft walls that are made of canvas or similar soft (but durable) material that provides great protection from rain or sun. Inside of the trailer tent you can find standard equipment that you would find in conventional campers. This includes (but is not limited to): table, water tanks, storage cabinets, bunk beds, refrigerator, propane tank and furnace, air conditioner, exterior or interior shower, water heater, microwave oven, etc. From this list you can see that you can get a fair amount of commodities inside, and some premium models even have inside showers, toilet and slide-out section for increasing the interior space. When setting up a trailer tent, make sure it is leveled, disconnected from the vehicle and secured (choked). Roof is then raised and bunks from the back and front are pulled out. After that, you can set up additional equipment if you have it. This includes extending the dinner table, hooking up the water tank, propane tank and electricity, making the beds and turning AC or heating. Only thing that’s left is to lay back, open up a can of beverage and enjoy your free time. You can check the prices here: Trailer Tent Rental

Choosing the best router

The router that provides your computer with an Internet connection is something you should take seriously although it doesn’t seem to make a big difference at first. In fact: it makes the difference between the easy and convenient way of turning your home into a hot spot of networking; and having troubles with your Internet connection too often. The advantage of the use of a wireless router is that it doesn’t require holes to be drilled in your house and you won’t have to deal with wires which will save you money, time and nerves. Thomson is a recognized manufacturer of routers and it would definitely be my personal recommendation, since I have had only good experience with their devices. You should make a decision of the needs you want the router device to meet. Most of the basic routers will provide you with Internet access, but not all of them are great for streaming music, videos, gaming or photos across the home network. If you need to provide those activities in your home, you will definitely need one of the stronger routers on the market. You should also consider the positioning of your router because that is a factor that can change the quality of the Internet connection. If you make a mistake with the positioning, you would have problems with any kind of router. When you decide to get a certain model of router according to your needs and conditions, you should keep the manual in a safe place because you will need it eventually when it comes to troubleshooting your device. You can find the manual online easily, but if your Internet connection fails because of your router, that action won’t be simple as typing thomson tg782 manual in the search engine and getting the answer in one click. That’s why it is important to save the documents that come with all of your electronic devices.  Sources: Maytag Quiet Series 300 Manual and Kenmore Washer Manual

The bright future of the radio

A: Marina

We are not sure how the internet will look like in 10 or 15 years as we are not sure how each and every mass media will look in 5 years now, but one thing is certain: the radio just got its groove back. Maybe it won’t look like a regular radio, but we are all willing to take that gamble as long as we can enjoy this perk of manhood. Some people say that the audio is never the same as the video plus audio combination, but we clearly and respectable disagree. Although it looks like the radio networks will move towards the smarter interactive audio content, this will have positive outcome as the people will get more personalized experience.

Though the television companies are trying to suck us into the world of staged imagery, there are five radio companies that will protect us from the big bad vision wolf and safeguard the radio future. These five companies are: Stitcher Radio, Pandora, Spotify, National Public Radio and Clear Channel. I am more than positive that much more companies will fight the radio battle in 10 or 15 years, and I am glad that people are slowly getting fed up by all this vision and coming back to the radio waves. Clearly all of this which is written is not enough for your insatiable desire for knowledge on the future of the radio, that is why I recommend reading the article posted on 12th of December 2012 on readwrite.com by John Paul Titlow.

Apple television

Hold off the alarm bells, but I believe that Apple is trying to make their way into live television apps world. Still, do not get your hopes high as we have heard all about these rumors before, and it is more than certain that we well hear and read about this in the following months, especially now that the rumor mill has stated that Apple are interested in making the living room into more than just a hobby. If you have read the Wall Street Journal, then you must be acquainted with the article which suggested that Apple has been closely inspecting the prospects of entering the world of television and that they have even contacted several possible component suppliers on the Far East, predominately China, Japan and Korea.

Knowing that Google has been working on similar TV-box set project for the past two years, it seems to me that the competition for customer’s attention has shifted from small devices and gadgets into a battle for television viewers. Frankly, it is all happening too soon and I cannot form an inform opinion until I test the so called television application and devices, but I really hope that this will take the quality of the presented materials into a whole new level. As I am sure that I got you really intrigued, I will stop right here and let you read all about it on the Giga Om site where Erica Ogg posted her interesting article called “No Apple television yet, but Apple is testing them out”.

Time magazine top 10 gadgets of 2012 list

Time magazine is famous for its “Of the year” lists, so it is no surprise that they have comprised top 10 gadgets of 2012 year. The winner? Apple’s iPhone 5. Though we are more than certain that Apple won’t sell as much iPhones as Samsung will see Galaxy S III this year, people responsible for this coveted prize explain their choice by calling the iPhone 5 the most craftily refined gadget that anyone has ever built. Having in mind that Apple sold only 11 million iPhones compared to the 18 million Galaxy S III, this may come as shock and surprise to the consumers, especially when we all know that the Galaxy was the 2012 customer’s choice.

As I could read some of the reviews online, there is a certain portion of people who believe that Apple paid off the selectors, and that this award is nothing more than a desperate attempt made from Apple in order to save the reputation and the image tainted by the many ongoing lawsuits and litigations. Frankly, I do not believe any of these rumors, as I would clearly give my vote for iPhone, because I believe that this phone is much more sophisticated in comparison to the boring Galaxy S III. If you want to read the complete Time magazine top 10 gadgets of 1012 list, please make sure to read the article posted by John Koetsier on 11th of December on the very popular Venture Beat.
